2025 has been a very productive year, creatively speaking. I haven't had my own website for about 10 years, but now seems like the perfect time and it feels as if the site is coming together nicely. I have been primarily sharing my art on Facebook and in the past month I had a few small sales on Etsy. Hopefully that is not some fluke but I wanted a more serious way to share my work with the world because... well basically I am super excited about the leap in quality. Perhaps I have finally hit my "10,000 hours" or something. Or maybe it is the fact that I have recently become a lot more serious about being present during the painting process, rather than focusing on finished products. A funny paradox. Whatever the reason, I'm more excited than ever about each new painting and happy to share them, so this seems like the perfect time, the perfect place. As time goes on we'll see if personal websites are a thing of the past but I hope not.
